My love for this show knows no bounds

Can I just say how much I loved this episode? LOVED LOVED LOVED.

- OMG we get to see a bit of happy!Doctor in the beginning!  *squishes*

- "It's volcano day." Hark, is that another reference to S1 I hear? :D

- "TARDIS. Time Lord. Yeah!"
   "Donna. Human. No!"
bahahaha the Doctor and Donna are already fighting like a brother and sister. *loves*

- Umm...the prophets with the eyes on their hands? Yeah, not so into them. I think it's because the eyes-on-the-hands reminds me of Pan's Labyrinth and that creepy monster thing that ate children. D:

- Poor Donna, she really wanted to save all of those people but she couldn't. Still, I really like that she doesn't back down, even when the Doctor gets all shouty with her. 

- I liked the family well enough I suppose, but I have a feeling their scenes are the ones I'm going to fast forward through in the future. XD

- "I am...Spartacus."  
   "And so am I." 
   "Mr. and Mrs. Spartacus?"
   "Oh no no no, we're not married."
   "Oh, brother and sister! Yes, of course! You look very much alike."
   "Really?"
BAH! I was laughing so hard through out this whole scene. XD

-  OMFG that whole prophecy scene was AMAZING. So intense and chilling and AHH! I got all shivery. 

- "She's returning." AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rose reference!!!! (I think XD) :D :D *flails* I flipped out when I heard that and scared my friend. XD ROOOSSSSEEEE!

- LMAO he broke off Lucius' arm. XD "'Armless enough!" Yet another S1 reference! :D

- I actually thought those aliens (What were they called? Pyro-something?) were really awesome looking. BUT THEY ARE DEFEATED BY TINY YELLOW WATER GUNS AND THAT'S THE MOST KICK ASS THING EVER. 

- "Well that's alright, just us girls." HAHAHA OMG DOCTOR ILU SO MUCH.

- OMG I loved the angst in this ep. It was so painful but so amazing. DT and CT were wonderful, as usual. :) 

- Shallow observation time! :D DAVID TENNANT + RED LIGHTING = HOTTTT

- Oh man, the Doctor was the one to destroy Pompeii? Poor Doctor :( :(  *throws Rose at him*

- I started crying when Donna was crying. That entire scene just hurt. You could actually feel the Doctor's pain at having destroyed yet another population. *sniff* I love that Donna didn't back down though. At least they got to save a family. 

- "You were right. Sometimes I do need someone. Welcome aboard." AWWWW I LOVE THESE TWO SO MUCH. 

- BAHAHA THE DOCTOR AND DONNA ARE HOUSEHOLD GODS. Pfft,, that was silly, but expected. XD

- OMG OOD NEXT WEEK. HOW OOD!

Ok, I noticed three continuities in this episode: Rose, yet another "lost" planet, and the Shadow Proclamation. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON RIGHT NOW. D:

With RTD, it's all about the extremes. Nothing in between. So, we are either going to get a wonderfully happy ending or we're going to end up with a future therapy bill. I, personally, am hoping for the former. D:

Oh, lord. I thought the same thing. That volcano scene. Holy shit. I almost died.

Those two acted their asses off. Wow. David Tennant is Made of Awesome. Of course, we already knew that!

Ooooh, the pain! Gawd, did this episode make anybody else really tired? I almost want to go to sleep. It was brutal!

This episode was pretty brutal. But luckily there was some humor thrown in, and the ending wasn't entirely depressing thanks to Donna making the Doctor go back to the family. *sigh* We can has happy!Doctor now, Y/Y?

I pretty had the same reaction as you did.

LOVED the water pistol and the "Just us girls, then" line. And Sparticus, LOL.

Medusa Cascade as well.

It was mentioned in the battle of the prophets thing, but the first time we heard it was in LotTL when the Master said "who sealed the rift at the Medusa Cascade" about the Doctor. So it's a Time War thing.
